I have three main targets that i want to achieve by the end of this month.
1. Get 65 kg in weight
To make it happen i will do several things with discipline. Joging once a week, eat regularly, get nutrious food, drink milk, swimming every two weeks.
2. Get TOEFL's score at least 550
I have bought TOEFL's book and studied it one hours per day. This is what i do to score 550 in TOEFL's test.
3. Get a good mark in exams and task this semester.
So, the target has been locked. The direction has been clear.
Let's see how bad i want to get those targets..
